Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange stocked items within 30 business days, provided they are in unused, undamaged, and sellable condition. All returns should include the original packaging and any accessories. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on items brought back to the store. For locally delivered items, a 15% restocking fee will be charged for items picked up at the original delivery point.

Please note: Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including power equipment, light bulbs, breakers, mixed paint, water heaters, and cut-to-order items (pipe, rope, wire, chain, etc.) except for where we confirm that it is a factory defect. Special order items are not returnable.

How to Initiate a Return

For Online Orders:

• To start a return, email our support team at online@youngbloodbuilderssupply.com, and we will guide you through the process. Returns can typically be made in-store during business hours or arranged via courier service.

For In-Store Purchases:

• Please return to our store. For inquiries prior to your return, feel free to email us or visit our contact page for further information.

Refunds & Store Credit

Refunds on materials will be processed using the same method by which they were purchased. Please note: All electrical products are non-refundable.
